Yoga on the Mall

Yesterday, Yoga on the Mall was held. The day could not have been more beautiful. Yes, the weather was amazing and more than 1000 yogis gathered under Carolina blue skies in the heart of Washington, DC, but what made it amazing? The connections going on all around me. I ran into friends, fellow teachers and students and got the best hugs ever. Many others were having that same experience. There's a magic that happens when you're in connection with yourself that translates into an understanding with others and the world in which we live and are tasked to embrace. Namaste.
